The surgery's telephone lines are open from 8.30am to 5.30pm - noting the following:-

During the following times calls are transferred to the Sheffield GP Collaborative.

Calls after 5.30pm - you will be directed to call NHS 111 or 999 if a clinical emergency.

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.30am, 12.30pm to 2.00pm and 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

excluding Thursdays where lines tranfer at 12.30pm to 6.30pm.

Please also note the following telephone options have dedicated opening times:

Option 1 - Cancel Appointments - open 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Option 2 - Appointments and General Enquiries - open 8.30am - 12.30pm & 2.00pm - 5.30pm - Monday to Friday excluding Thursdays.

Option 3 - Home Visits - patients are requested to call as early as possible - Monday to Friday

Option 4 - Repeat Prescriptions 10.30am to 12.30pm & 2.00pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday,  excluding Thursdays.

Option 5 - Results Line 10.30am to 12.00pm Monday to Friday

Option 6 - Management, Admin and Referrals 8.30am to 12.30pm & 2.00pm to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday, excluding Thursdays
