In conjunction with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) coming into force on 25th May 2018 the surgery has reviewed it's policies and procedures on the way it handles patient's personal data.

We believe we comply with the GDPR and have updated our Privacy Notice to reflect the key reasons why we store your data and what purposes we use it for.  Please see the attached full Patient Privacy Notice.

 The NHS as a whole has also reviewed the handling of personal data outside of this surgery under the heading of Your Data Matters. 

 On registration or at anytime whilst a patient of the surgery you can opt-out of your data leaving the practice for purposes beyond your individual care.
